ACME S.r.l. is a leading manufacturer of wiring harnesses for motorsport and special applications. For its Vicenza site it is looking for a person to join the harness department.
- People aged 18 to 29 who meet the requirements for a vocational apprenticeship (art. 44 Legislative Decree 81/2015). Vocational apprenticeship contract, entering at category 2 with progression to category 3. Starting gross salary: €21,249 per year.
- Or people belonging to protected categories (Law 68/1999, art. 1 and art. 18) registered with the Collocamento Mirato, with no age limit. Hiring at category 2. Starting gross salary: €23,610 per year. Candidates in this group under 30 may also be hired as apprentices.
Trained alongside experienced staff, you will:
- prepare cables: cutting, stripping and crimping terminals;
- assemble harnesses following wiring diagrams and technical drawings;
- insert terminals into connectors and apply sleeving and heat-shrink;
- carry out continuity checks and basic testing.
- No experience required.
- Manual skill, precision and attention to detail.
- Ability to distinguish colours, needed to identify cables.
- Willingness to learn and to work in a team.
- CCNL Metalmeccanica PMI Confimi Impresa Meccanica.
- Permanent, full-time contract.
- Probation period as per the CCNL.
- Technical training on motorsport-grade harnesses.
- Place of work: Vicenza.
